To support our expanding team, we are seeking suitable candidates to manage and lead our field assignments. This position plays a pivotal role in recruiting, training, motivating, and monitoring the field interviewers, ensuring the success of our data collection efforts.  

Project Executive

 Job Descriptions:

    • Assist Project Manager in project planning and execution
    • Provide support and monitoring for survey projects in adherence to project timeline
    • Communicate & supervise a team of field interviewers
    • Engage in quality check procedures (telephonic, onsite, questionnaire checking)

Job Requirements:

    • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
    • Coordinate field activities, schedules, and logistics to meet project goals and deadlines
    • Develop and deliver training programs for interviewers, ensuring they are proficient in data collection methods, protocols, and ethical standards
    • Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the field interviewers, providing guidance and support to keep the team motivated and engaged
    • Ability to motivate and inspire a team of field interviewers.
    • Positive attitude to learn & work independently
    • Generate reports on interviewer performance, project status, and any challenges encountered, providing regular updates to the research team and management
    • Proficient in Excel, Words & other Microsoft Office applications
    • Diploma in a related field (e.g., sociology, research, business) or equivalent work experience.
    • Prior experience in a supervisory or team management role, preferably in field research

To bolster our team and enhance our capabilities, we are seeking for suitable candidates to conduct household visits on varying days of the week and at different time slots, ensuring optimal efforts in reaching out to respondents. We are seeking individual who are out-going and with flair to communicate.

Field Research Specialist (Outdoor)

 Job Descriptions:

    • Conduct door-to-door visits to specific households as per schedules assigned
    • Established contact with selected respondents and make appointment for interview
    • Conversations will be conducted mainly in English and Mandarin or Malay
    • Household status update will be input via computer tablets
    • To report progress, challenges and successes directly to Project Manager

Job Requirements:

    • 5 days a week including alternate weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
    • Frequent travel around Singapore is required
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to establish rapport with diverse households
    • Patience & persistence with high level of adaptability to handle various household situations and demographics.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
    • Previous experience in field research or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory
    • Valid driver’s license and access to a own vehicle will be an advantage but not necessary
    • Follow company guidelines and ethical standards to maintain data integrity and respondent confidentiality
    • Job is suitable for all ages including senior workers
